The Water Resources Agency

Welcome to the WRA

I am pleased to welcome you to the web site of the Water Resources Agency (WRA).
The WRA is a unit of the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), within the
College of Human Services, Education and Public Policy (CHEP) at the
University of Delaware (UD). As you will see, the WRA is a unique agency
in that it is a cooperative program by several governments and the
University in water resources planning and management. The site provides
information about our staff and students, our education, research
and public service programs and projects as well as access to publications. Our site offers
links to related units at the University and to water-related organizations at the local, state,
regional and national levels.
