Status of Municipal Assistance

Click on a town of interest and, if one is available, you will be directed to the completed Comprehensive Plan as well as the supporting maps and documents for that particular town. Currently, Bethany Beach, Blades, Bridgeville, Cheswold, Clayton, Dagsboro, Delaware City, Elsmere, Frederica, Georgetown, Henlopen Acres, Lewes, Middletown, Millsboro, Odessa, Townsend, and Wyoming are completed and downloadable on the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) Municipal Projects site.

Status of the Comprehensive Plans have been determined by staff from the University of Delaware, Institute for Public Administration and the Delaware Office of State Planning Coordination, May 2007.
You may either view the Status of Municipal Plans Map within your browser or save the file to your hard drive. Saving a larger file to your hard drive might be the better option if you do not have a fast Internet connection. To save the file to your hard drive, click the right mouse button (PC) and choose the "Save Link As" option. Then simply open the file from your hard drive.
