Bus Tour
The 2005 annual Christina Basin bus tour was held on September
9th, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The tour provided a first hand
look at BMP implementation throughout the Christina Basin. The
tour began in Chester County, Pennsylvania, viewing BMP projects
in the upper part of the watershed. After lunch, the tour continued
south through the watershed into New Castle County to explore
the BMPs in the southern portion of the watershed. Each year this
is a great opportunity to see how the Christina Basin money is
being used on the ground and the planning work that is occurring
throughout the watershed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.
